Right click on the flexgrid to get the properties page and in the general tab 
you will see a scroll bars & make it to "3-both".

My flexgrid shows all 15 columns in design mode, but in run mode, it 
only shows 10 of them.  It doesn't give you the horizontal scroll bar 
either.  There's plenty of room for it to show all of them.  In fact it 
used to, but just started to mess up recently.
