*Requirements for Java Candidates:*
1. Must have at least 5 years work experience within the states.
2. Must have longevity work history with each of the projects of 1+ year.
3. Must have excellent communications skills.
4. Must show in detail the development and analyst side pertaining to all
skill sets listed in the job description. (Description of company is not
required and needed.)
5. Must score Strong or Advanced on our Java online test.
6. Must come close to completing the coding test with the correct
results.
7. If the candidate has a short term project listed an explanation is
required in defining why.
8. The definition of local is: St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO,
Springfield, MO, Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Columbia, MO, etc. If you have a
question regarding their location please ask and I will let you know.
9. Resume must have the following information:
1. Complete educational information including degree, degree in what
and university degree acquired from, city and country degree
acquired, and
year the degree was completed.
2. List of all training and certifications the candidate has acquired
with the same information above if applicable.
3. City and state on all projects within the USA.
4. Job titles.
5. Again, detailed information on the development side with the
required skill sets if they have. A person who has maintained or serviced
applications is not a developer.
10. Last 3 projects contact information to verify onsite project. We need
the manager or leader's contact name, email address, and phone number.
11. In order to submit candidate's resume to Monsanto the following
information is required: Full legal name including family name, last 4
digits of his/hers social security number, month and day only they were born
and personal email address.
12. Completed table, which is attached.
