Individual will be responsible for working and managing billing fallout errors and issues fluctuating at times up to over 1k per day. Must be able to maneuver between billing tools and systems to conduct research and analysis and have the capacity to run SQL queries to assist with research activity. *Must have billing system experience and be able to quickly learn new processes, as well as experience in the following software: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Oracle, and MS Power Point.
