*SQL Server Production Support Analyst * *6+ Months* *Issaquah**, WA*** *$30/hr* * * *Consultant must be local to WA!* * * *Job Description:* * * A software group specializing in entertainment devices is in need of a skilled SQL Server Support Analyst. Technical support of the applications and systems used to configure internal and external Microsoft software releases. Track and monitor system issues and enhancements from inception through resolution. Write ad-hoc SQL reports, modify custom SQL query, and complete update statements against production data. Create and run complex ad-hoc reports from SQL databases and utilize Excel Pivot tables. Issue triage - receive and evaluate user inquires via e-mail. Participate in conducting in-depth research and analysis to assess internal and external impacts related to system modifications. Assist in the development of end user release documentation for system upgrade implementations. Develop and maintain documentation of team processes and procedures. Resolve service requests and perform root cause analysis and remediation.
