Ability to assimilate input from many different sources and present concise recommendations. . Knowledge of application requirements gathering documentation and analysis. . Ability to ensure compliance with business requirements which includes state and federal regulations. . Ability to identify problems and develop solutions. . Ability to communicate technical concepts to professional and non-technical clients. . Knowledge of adaptive software including Jaws, ZoomText and Dragon Naturally Speaking. .
