Required Skill Set: - intermediate to advanced level skill set with UNIX shell scripting - experience with supporting or engineering secure file transmission software - such as FTPS or SFTP, etc. - willingness to work "2nd shift" (likely 2PM to 10PM), availability to work nights/weekends and participate in 24X7 on-call rotation one week per month - willingness to assist development resources with rollout and QA of new products prior to Enterprise deployment - exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills - professionalism, sense of urgency and ability to effectively deal with critical situations is a must - proven intermediate to advanced level "Systems Administrator" Level experience on at least 3 of the following operating systems: Red Hat Linux, SuSE Linux, Solaris, HPUX, AIX or Windows Servers. - the ideal candidate should be a dynamic problem solver - someone who has intermediate to advanced skills with troubleshooting software/application problems on Unix/Linux/Windows Servers. - proven ability to work well in a Team environment but also capable of working independently - willingness, desire and proven ability to work on varied technical support tasks - scripting, technical troubleshooting, problem resolution, server O/S builds/installs, QA/Engineering Testing, technical documentation and software/application deployments to servers.
