*BI DW Development Lead *
*Minimum 10 years IT experience*
- Ideal candidate should possess Business Intelligence and Data warehouse
experience, Project Management, Excellent Communication
- Proficiency in BI DW design & development methods and processes.
- Experience creating custom BI DW solutions
- Experience with BI information delivery tools.
- Experience capturing requirements and implementing Business
Intelligence systems and database/data warehouse applications.
- Demonstrated experienced estimating deliverables, defining priorities
based on system needs, and establishing software deliverable priorities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of best practice software suites associated with
coordination of code and process standards and ability to lead team in
adherence to those codes/standards
- Ensures that new requirements fit within available budget, that
delivered products meet agreed upon user and security requirements, and that
development and documentation standards are met.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, etc.).
- Demonstrate:
- ability to define self-initiated assignments, assume responsibility
for project deliverables, excellent customer service and relationship
skills.
- resolve complex technical problems and guide team members
- advise project management and team on advanced technical solutions.
- knowledge of project scoping, issue management, risk mitigation,
statusing, project planning, quality assurance.
· Advanced experience in:
Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Financial
Business Objects or OBIEE experience
Business Development experience
Data Modeling, Data Management, DSS/EIS/OLAP Programmer, Database Design,
System Integration, Automated Test, EAI, Middleware, System Architect
