*PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* Works closely with clients, vendors, and other technical staff to identify and resolve complex issues or problems that impact the environment Installs, configures, and maintains FileNet P8, Image Services, eProcess, Web Services, Content Services and Process Analyzer management software. Provides technical support for FileNet application development Consults with clients and other technical staff on complex FileNet design, implementation, or maintenance issues. Analyze business requirements and recommends technical solutions Works with technical staff on design and implementation of complex large scale FileNet systems and applications. Provide capacity planning and manages performance of the FileNet environment Researches, evaluates, and recommends new tools and technologies for FileNet Performs other duties as required. *QUALIFICATIONS: Required/Must Have *• College degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience • Significant experience (5+ years) in FileNet as a systems administrator with previous experience in a distributed processing environment. • In depth knowledge of Image Services, eProcess, and P8 Application suites and a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience with the p8 suite of applications. • Experience with integrating the FileNet System Monitor application in to an enterprise monitoring system, such as BMC Patrol. • Significant knowledge and technical understanding of O/S (Linux, AIX & Windows) and network technologies. • Excellent consultative and communication skills, analytical ability and judgment. • Ability to work effectively with clients and other technical staff. • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision and to assume leadership role in project management as needed. • Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
