The key to this position is to look for Testers that have Data warehouse
experience, with Teradata and *or* Informatica experience.**
* Glimpse of Responsibilities and Abilities*
? Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction.
? Be part of a team of several testing engineers, participate and
contribute in internal design review of testing materials; checking the test
environment; executing, tracking and reporting on the test execution;
analyzing the results and communicating status with the client.
o Past experience as Testing Engineer is a must
o *In-depth knowledge of at **least one ** (Ensemble, OMS, Enabler
AMSS, TLG, or Clarify CRM, Invoicing) *
o *2-3 years UNIX experience required*
? Experience with DB (Oracle, SQL Server); data modeling principles
and associated tools (SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD); test automation and performance
tools (WinRunner, LoadRunner, Precise); configuration control knowledge
(Source Safe principles); S/W architecture for web based and non-web based
applications (Client side, Tuxedo and Server side), knowledge of automated
tools etc.
· Experience with Data Warehouse applications
· Experience setting up development/testing environments for Data
Warehouse applications
· Working knowledge of ORACLE (experience using TOAD)
· *Experience working with TERADATA database*
· *Experience working with INFORMATICA*
? 2-3 years demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of
testing solutions
for Telecom Billing and/or CRM solutions -advantage
? Strong analytical skills.
? Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate
clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills,
ability to work independently
? Must be flexible to travel
? One of the following academic backgrounds:
o B.A. in Computer Science
o Engineer
o B.A. in any exact Science (with the following certification: ISEB
? Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
