*Responsibilities:*
1. Identify areas of automation during the knowledge transfer (“KT”)
phase of L1 process run transition and lead the follow up actions,
2. • Provide clarity on the objectives of the automation area and the
technical details associated with them through technical presentations,
e.g. i. Automate Incident management – capture, monitor, and
generate operational reports
ii. Establish Knowledgebase to house and organize materials
iii. Develop UI to fetch data from the database tables’
access
iv. Define Roles (system wide) and the related details for
creation of service account for Dell Services team etc.
• Spawn development projects by defining / scoping requirements and engaging
development group in the development of the software
• Identify package software available in the market place and evaluate

*Required Skills/Experience:*
Minimum 6 years of experience as a .Net developer. Ability to lead the
development effort. Excellent communication and people skills.
