Job: Configuration Manager / Build Engineer Location: Rockville, MD Duration: 6 Months Contract Rate: $7000/Months on c2c all inclusive * * The resource must be a developer. * * *Major Purpose of Job:* The Software Configuration Manager/Build Engineer will maintain base source code branches and build environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and validation of product builds. The SCM/Build Engineer is required to work closely with key members of the application team they support (technical project leads, architects, lead developers, etc.) as well as interface with infrastructure support to meet delivery milestones for builds and releases. They are also responsible for ensuring that quality standards and practices are followed within the context of their project responsibilities.
