*Position: MS Access, VB.Net, SSIS developer:* *Location: COLUMBUS, Ohio*
*Duration: 5 Months* This role will assist in development and execution of the day-to-day Production Support for the overall Health Promotion program for Nationwide Better Health. The approach being taken will be very iterative in nature and will be focused on activities that keep the application running with sufficient up-time and correct batch processing. *The specific activities that the individual will be following is described below:* Run Batch jobs for file processing Develops program designs Develops unit test scripts Codes modules Executes unit test scripts Documents results and issues from unit test scripts Creates fixes and retests fixes Supports all levels of testing Run and Monitor batch processing Solution Scoping Deliverables Design Deliverables Development Deliverables Test Deliverables Implement Deliverables. Work with Development Team Lead move into a Production environment. With full competency, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
