*Duration: 7 Months Location: AZ Microsoft Tools Specialist (SSRS)*
Working under the guidance of the Corporate Systems Reporting Lead, this individual will provide development support for internal financial applications. Ability to translate user requirements directly into technical solutions. Will require analysis of user needs, including reviewing existing programs to ensure that they meet functional requirements and development of new reports. Analyzes gaps in business process and formulates long and short term solutions to determine systems needs with end users including conceptual design, technical specification, testing, training, and implementations. Evaluates new technologies and techniques to provide recommendations which will result in business benefit for the organization. The right candidate will have the ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks and set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities. Assignments are periodically checked for progress by the direct supervisor. Strong conceptualization, communication, and technical skills. Willing to take on challenges and learn new applications.
