Location: Milwakuee 7 Months *Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE) Project Manager * As Oracle CoE Project Manager you will work at senior levels within the region to lead projects in support of our Global Oracle ERP strategy. This strategy includes the international deployment, delivery of systems to supporting Operations and Finance. You will have direct responsibility and control of timelines, project objectives and resource / budget allocations. This position is extremely collaborative and requires an exceptionally confident and competent person who leads by example; someone who continually raises the bar on quality, design, attitude, enthusiasm, and accountability. This position includes the daily management of multiple projects and supervision of both contractors and JCI personnel. The position requires a strong self-starter who can deliver consistently at a tactical level. Strong communications and administrative skills are a must. Project Management Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously. Prioritize§ projects and tasks in order to achieve regional and company objectives. Control and monitor projects to report on progress, costs, and§ risks. Communicate potential difficulties and escalate to the appropriate levels. Work with business partners to prepare project management§ deliverables including Statement of Requirements, Statement of Work, Status reports, Budgets, and Staffing plans. Ensure adherence to Company standards and methodologies. § Manage budget and resources from IT, Business Users, Offshore, and Vendors; § Conduct meetings and present to various management levels. Ensure effective communication through written and verbal methods. Key Competencies: § Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects or programs. § Experience working with Business Leaders and Technology Leaders to architect IT solutions. § Proven quality focus in providing customer driven-products, services and solutions. § Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to lead others, without direct authority, to complete projects. § Proven ability to mentor others in the technical and/or business aspects of information systems projects. Strong communication and presentation skills and a proven ability§ to work with employees at all levels of the organization; including senior leadership team members. § Experience with managing complex ERP system implementations and business support solutions. Strong organizational and activity management skills.
