Position: OBIEE developer
Location: LA,CA
Duration: 8+Months
* **II.** **Scope of Work – Contractor responsibilities include, but are
not limited to:*
*Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus Development*
· Analyze requirements definition and scope documentation
· Recommend appropriate solutions based on business requirements
· Design reporting and analytic solutions to meet business requirements
· Provide level of effort estimates for the development of BI reports
· Develop and maintain BI Reports (Pre-defined and Ad-hoc), Dashboards,
Web catalog, Answers, Delivers, BIP, and iBots
· Create both pre-defined and ad-hoc reports
· Troubleshoot BI Reports problems
· Performance tuning of BI Reports
· Design and optimize the physical, logical and presentation layers
within the OBIEE Repository
· Develop, configure, customize, and troubleshoot OBIEE Repository
objects such as data models, meta data hierarchies, and others.
· Migrate OBIEE objects between work environments
· Provide level of effort estimates for the creation/modification of
OBIEE Repository objects.
· Analyze problems and provide recommendations for OBIEE Repository and
Middle Tier configurations
· Prepare detailed documentation for all objects developed
· Prepare transition documents
· Transfer knowledge to LAUSD Personnel

We will only accept candidates who have *4+ years* of experience using the
Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus toolset with
expert level knowledge of the *10g and 11g *version/architecture stack of
the tool, and PL/SQL.* *In addition, experience with data warehousing
systems and Early Education / K-12 data is highly desired. We request that
vendors responding to this task order pre-screen their candidates to ensure
they meet the required experience and only submit their *top six (6)*
choices.
