Thanks… *Direct Client:* *ERP COE Services Project Manager:* *Location: Milwaukee, WI* *Duration: 10+months* The COE Services team functions as the process, planning and tools group for the *ERP Center of Excellence*. Responsibilities include *SAP transport management, SAP system maintenance* outage planning and coordination, tool administration and support, process creation, updates, guidance and training, demand planning and others. Here is a high level task list of the activities that would be performed by the Manager: · *Manage Interns/Consultants currently performing change management * and tool support tasks. This includes setting work priorities, establishing work schedules to ensure coverage, review and approval of timesheets and vendor invoices and providing overall guidance, direction and mentoring · *Review/approve access/role requests for SAP Solution Manager and RWD uPerform*. Also participate in review of requests for changes to the *business process hierarchy (BPH).* · Function as the *ERP COE System Matter Expert* for all aspects of the change management process · Assist with transport management including releasing transports, requesting moves *to QA and Production environments, updating HP Quality Center defects etc.* · Manage the planning, coordination and communications for production outages for *all ERP COE in-scope systems* · Participate as a permanent member of the *Change Approval Board (CAB)* · Assist with the planning of patches and upgrades to *SAP Solution Manager and RWD uPerform* · Function as the Technical Integration Lead on ERP Releases and/or single implementation projects · Manage small projects as needed such as tool upgrades.
