This upgrade will provide additional functionality through enhancements to allow incentives for wellness and health programs. *The candidate should posses the following qualifications: * • *Preferred experience with managing Health Care projects through the project life cycle. * • Takes a leadership position for the management of the project • Drive all project initiatives to successful completion • Define, monitor, manage, execute, and control assigned projects through the project development life cycle. • Ensure required project plan deliverables are completed (project approach, project schedule, risk log, issue log, status report, financials, budget tracking, meeting minutes, lessons learned, and project closure). *• Work with project owners, stakeholders and team members, and Project Management Office to manage project quality. * • Coordinate, manage, and facilitate the resources for the project. • Facilitates the procurement of needed Hardware, Software and Human resources for the project. • Track, report and resolve issues, proactively evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective actions when necessary. • Hold team resources accountable for project deliverables through the support and commitment of resource managers. • Conforms to and advocates project management standards processes and procedures in accordance with the project life cycle methodology on assigned projects. • Manages project cost as determined by project charter and/or development methodology. • Experience in a formal project management role with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, conflict resolution, • *Strong understanding of the Project Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle * • Has a successful track record of completing projects on time and on budget. • Has previous exposure to formal project management methodologies * • Prior health industry experience desirable* *Skills* • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills. This individual must be comfortable with professionally challenging key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
