Need a couple years experiencewith developing on DB2 with a SQL background.
Someone with this skill set has abackground in what is refered to as (Green
Screen programming). Some onewho have knowledge to program in and usually
have a massive skill setassociated with. Cobal, PL/SQL, C++ etc...”

JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Dojo specific knowledge
Java 1.6
Spring 3.1
JSP, Specifically Tiles Related
Hibernate 4.0
MVC Framework Concepts
Git for Source Control Management <-Need to make sure this is installed
ontheir Terminal Server or VM, along with potentially Cygwin if needed.
Familiarity with Distributed Source Control management
like Mercurial has highpotential as well
JUnit Unit Testing Familiarity
Familiarity with Command Line, Eclipse, Tomcat
