*Position: .Net Developer* *Location: Topeka, KS* *Duration: 10+ Months * *VISA Status: No Constraints* *Pay Rate: $Open/hr * *Detail Requirement* This person will work on an enterprise team developing and delivering product and data conversion solutions supporting business technology solutions for clients in the financial services and insurance verticals. Our client has a diverse number of legacy applications written in Java, Perl, ColdFusion and pre-.NET Microsoft. Someone to be a part of a “self-managed” team following SCRUM methodology to keep the existing application systems running smoothly and help the team design and develop new technology to replace outdated systems and processes. Collaborate with the customers and other technology professionals to understand the customer’s needs and help design and develop solutions to meet those needs. Manage legacy system code base and provide input on their re-architecture & redesign. Provide critical thinking on how they can constantly improve the technology, delivery and user experience. *Qualifications:* · Our client needs someone to bring solid “core” web development skills (HTML/CSS) along with an in depth understanding of OOA&D and tools / technologies that support the OO paradigm. Your technical tool kit should include some (or all) of the following: · *Solid JavaScript / Client Side development experience is a must. * · *Experience with HTML 5/CSS3, grunt, Node, MEAN, JQuery, AngularJS and Bootstrap desired* · *5 years minimum experience with .NET stack. Using frameworks such as MVC, Open Data Protocol, WCF* · *Experience with REST based web services for CRUD style operations* · *VB.NET <http://VB.NET> or C#.* · *Delivering software in a SCRUM environment.* · *Relational database development (writing T-SQL / PL/SQL queries & stored procedures) and XML related technologies*. · SQL Server & Oracle relational database analysis and design.
