Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile.* *Position: Project Manager/ Program Manager* *Location: Warsaw, IN* *Duration: 12+ months* *JD:* 7+ years • Manage New Product Introductions effectively through the project groups, creating both business plans for NPI’s as well as commercialization plans & related documentation • Create & manage Project Risk Management activities & documentation through company quality systems • Exposure to & awareness of regulatory requirements in key geographies- US & EU • Develop, co-ordinate & manage project plans • Leading project team members, proactively manage design related engineering changes, to ensure they are implemented in a timely manner • Ability to work on multiple projects as leaders or reviewers • Ability to engage in constructive discussions with various teams & stakeholders • Ability to understand business goals & translate them to meaningful milestones for the wider team • Project Management skills in medical device industry or any parallel industry • Experience in managing medium to large scale projects • Project risk management • Good analytical & project management skills • Successfully working across geographical and organizational boundaries • Experience within a medical device production environment or other health care regulated environment preferred • Knowledge of FDA/ISO requirements associated with the development of medical devices, including Design Control is preferred • Sales & marketing skills are an added advantage • Engage the matrix organization stakeholders to influence sales focus in the medical device portfolio and deliver BP targets plus stretch goals • Develop and implement regional business and marketing plans within the brand responsibility for EMEA • Take responsibility for demand generation, forecasting accuracy and portfolio management for the brand • Create & manage Project Risk Management activities & documentation through company quality systems • Manage the rationalization plans of the portfolio in line within set goals • Communicate and co-ordinate product level activity effectively with the Country Sales and Marketing Teams • Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and opinion leaders • Development of value propositions and execution of these propositions for responsible brands, this would include Health Economic, Evidence and Pricing strategies • Partake in the development and execution of Professional Education strategies • Assume responsibility for own commitments & delivering to agreed timescales per project deadlines • Provide updates to company management regarding milestones, work performed & deliverables • Escalate/raise concerns to the concerned line manager(s) • To collate relevant performance metrics and present to concerned line manager(s).
