Provides constant process and methodology improvement formulation and cross team mentoring. Ensures consistency on formulation of solutions and how we approach various business areas. • Oversees definition of critical business requirements, rules, and issues to be solved and identifies specific and quantifiable cost benefits the project will achieve. • Implements and communicates the departments’ common methodologies to streamline processes, procedures, standards, policies and guidelines impacting multiple functions and evaluates effectiveness.
