Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile *SAP Solution Architect / Management* *Location : Redmond , WA* *Duration: Long term* *NEED H1B CANDIDATES AND NO OPTS* *Experience: 12-15yrs* · *Strong SAP Solution Architect with specialty in the end to end Supply chain Management processes from Planning to Procurement, Order to Cash processes.* · Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. · Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment · Drive projects solution and design solutions in an agile environment, duties to include: o Organize and facilitate reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related practices. o Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. o Coordinate with business users and understand the requirements and solution them. o Ability to classify the requirement features and write User stories. o Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to Product & Sprint Backlogs o Collaborate with Principal Program Managers, Project managers and other stake holders from business to ensure teams deliver the desired design and solution requirements. o Assist team in making appropriate commitments and ensure transparency through user story prioritization, definition, and task breakdown. o Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal. o Facilitate Continuous Improvement to create high-performing teams. · Strong verbal communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
