*Job Responsibilities*

·         The Project Manager will work with various organizations
within company to deliver low rigor IT projects with budgets less than
$500,000.

·         The position is expected to coordinate multiple low rigor
projects simultaneously for BUs and Functions.

·         The PM will ensure successful completion of all project phases
and closure of all aspects, seeking to understand project objectives and
demonstrating leadership to bring about the desired business benefits and
value as defined in the business case.

·         This includes all project management activities and the
utilization of the project management framework to produce the required
results, to the required standard of quality, and within the specified
constraints of time and cost.

·         This position is open to early career candidates who have
demonstrated strong capability in the project management discipline and are
eager to continue growing their skills.



*Job Requirement*

·         Experience working in a formal PMO.

·         1-3 years’ experience managing projects.

·         Demonstrated ability to create, monitor, and control a schedule,
budget, and scope.

·         University degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience.

·         Understanding and application of project delivery processes on
low complexity projects.

·         Able to identify and mitigate common project risks, some
ambiguity.

·         Communicate effectively with direct and indirect project teams
and navigate organizational stakeholders.

·         Skilled using Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook).

·         Excellent organization skills – excels at meeting preparation,
facilitation, note-taking/documentation, action item follow-up.

·         Able to hold others accountable.

·         Strong customer service and the ability to build trusting
relationships quickly.

·         Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.

·         Able to learn our business, be a team player, and enjoy working
in a team-oriented environment.

·         Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.

·         *Microsoft Project Experience  ( Preferred)*
