*Position : .Net Support Developer/Analyst * *Location : Charlotte, NC* *Duration : 12+ Months Interview : Phone then Skype Work Status: TN, GC-EAD, GC, Citizen* *80% app support, 20% app dev* *Support role* This individual is expected to rotate on-call (after hours) once every 6-7 weeks after sixty (60) days of contracting including weekends. Local candidates only. *Job Description* · Support/maintain applications in a production environment. Includes maintains, trouble-shoots, analysis, problem resolution, and/or small enhancements in production environment. · Possible development of interfaces to existing applications, other newly implemented applications, or project deliverables. · Coordinates upgrades and maintenance on supported applications/infrastructure. · Prioritizes and performs a variety of assigned tasks. · Maintains support documentation and follows standard IT processes and IT procedures for managing change and code with standard IT tools (e.g. SDLC, PICCASO, Changeman/ Dimensions/ Subversion, etc.). *Job Requirement* · 5+ years’ experience with application development and/or support · Demonstrated experience managing large, complex individual assignments and leading small projects · Demonstrated strong ability to perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design, coding, testing (unit, system, and integration), documentation, and implementation of application programs using standard processes. · Demonstrated effective communication skills, oral and written.
