Position: SFDC BA Location: Weston, MA & Iselin, NJ Duration: 6+ Months *Job Description:* Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with Techno-Functional experience on Salesforce Service Cloud to lead the requirement and design for the migration from Siebel CRM to Service Cloud. Candidate should come with experience and skills that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position: Works closely with Business and project team to analyze business needs and opportunities that can be solution by software and technical deliverables (i.e., applications, data, reporting). Understand the current Business process and IT systems involved Analyze the changes performed on legacy CRM application, translate them to business and functional requirements for Service Cloud Review the service cloud build and recommend as per industry best practices Develop and maintain business requirements, design and other documentation for enhancements and system modifications which may include end-user training materials. Provides status reporting on assigned projects. Develops and executes the project communications plan to keep the Business Sponsors and Stakeholders informed of project status, change requests and risks *Required Skills:* Deep knowledge and experience with Salesforce Service Cloud; expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, development and demonstrated experience A self-starter who thinks strategically and outside the box for creative solutions, with great follow-through, and thrives when entrusted with individual empowerment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A minimum of 7-10 years of IT experience on CRM applications Must have BA skills, Salesforce certified and Service cloud experience is a must.
