Should have ability to generate test analysis reports after analyzing performance related issues especially around heap utilization. Should be familiar in using Java performance analysis tools like JConsole etc. Experience in creating load generation scripts (concurrency, multi-threaded, etc.). Should have good knowledge on Java server side applications/architecture.
