*Job Description:*
We are looking for a Senior Certified ServiceNow Administrator capable of
managing and developing core and custom solutions in our ServiceNow
environment. You will be responsible for configuring, administering and
maintaining the ServiceNow ITSM tool and additional applications and
modules. This role will work with the Management leadership and developers
to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the IT
and other departments seeking to use ServiceNow. Below are the current area
of services:

Configuration and Customization of the ServiceNow platform, including
workflow creation
Build service requests and record producers based off of customer
requirements
Import and export data between Service-now and other systems
Assist in creation of Views for reporting purposes
Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures
in order to improve system capabilities
Participate in Agile/Scrum
End user support
Customize the core applications using Business Rules, UI Policies and UI
Actions
Performs system and integration testing
Responsible for Patching, Hotfix and Upgrade oversight
Manage and request of Clones from Hi
Reporting support
SLAs
Training
This is a client-facing role and therefore this person must have excellent
communication and writing skills and be customer service-oriented.
Client-focus skills are a must.

*Candidate Qualifications:*
Experience working with ITSM tools
Experience with Incident, Problem, Asset, Change, Service Request,
Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, SLAs) in ServiceNow
Experience customizing the ServiceNow Platform
Deep understanding of system and ITSM core configurations in ServiceNow
Experience with implementations and/or migrations to the ServiceNow
platform
Understanding of integration capabilities in ServiceNow platforms.
Able support, bi-directional integrations between monitoring tool and
ServiceNow.
Able to support external data feed integration to an external reporting
engine.
Excellent customer service skills a must
Excellent writing skills

*Specific Skills Required:*
At least 3 years in total working with the ServiceNow Platform
Understanding of ServiceNow IT Operations Management, Security Operations,
IT Service
Management, Business Management and Service Management
Experience developing custom applications and customizing OOB application
using ServiceNow
Previous hands on experience Administering, implementing and configuring
ServiceNow
Extensive experience creating Service Requests and Record Producers
Formal ServiceNow Administration training or certification
Experience customizing core applications using UI Policies, UI Actions and
Business Rules
ITIL Certification
