*Hi,* *Immediate Need!*
*Let me know if you have any candidate available for the below job position we have, Thanks!* *Please send resumes to **moh...@datagrp.com <moh...@datagrp.com>; **Direct: 201 308 –8704* *Business Analyst with strong exp on RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)* *Wilmington DE* *Long Term* *Rate: $45/hr on C2C* *Implement partner: Cognizant* The matrix BA serves as a liaison between business and IT teams: working with the business team to understand their requirements, working with architects or tech leads to craft a high level design, then working with scrum teams to create initial, high-level solution stories in order to build execution team backlogs. The deliverable of the Matrix BA team is to create, elicit, and document functional requirements that communicate the high level design for each inbound project and identify the work that each IT team must complete to fulfill the business requirements. Thus, the matrix BA works with many projects for a short time and operates primarily in the Requirements and Analysis phases of the SDLC. A typical scenario is the matrix BA is assigned a new project, quickly becomes immersed in the subject matter of the project, completes the IT impact assessment, and turns the project over to the application scrum teams to execute. The matrix BA then moves on to the next assigned project. It is critical for a matrix BA to be able to learn new material very quickly since she will only be working on a project for a short window of time. The matrix BA is a more senior resource (>5 years hands on app design/development experience) who has built up a solid foundation of large-scale application design experience combined with effective communication and soft skills. The matrix BA will work closely with IT and business teams and must be able to communicate effectively with both. Ability to elicit and understand business requirements is critical. The matrix BA must also be experienced at leading meetings, such as JAD sessions and requirement reviews, with solid presentation skills. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VB.NET 2003 Group" group.
