Lead the design and delivery of eLearning courses with rich graphics, illustrations, User Interface (UI) designs and animations as per specifications. Ensure graphic design team create high quality designs solutions. Carry out reviews with the team and other stakeholders to manage delivery as per customer expectations, within budget and within the defined schedule. Report project progress to all stakeholders. Provide technical guidance to the team. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
