Position: Sr. Business Analyst with Banking Payments Services
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:*

   - Work with commercial banking product managers to understand online
   banking requirements for work streams
   - Payments (Domestic & International)
   - ACH, Wires, Transfers, RTP, Bill Pay
   - Payments Services
   - Positive Pay, Reverse Pay, Stop Pay
   - Collaboration
   - Alerts/Messaging/Chat
   - Security and Fraud prevention
   - Information reporting/Reports
   - Online, Mobile and Host to Host Channels
   - Mobile App
   - API Banking
   - Customer/User Experience
   - Product Marketing and Launch Planning
   - Document user stories in JIRA and leveraging Confluence and SharePoint
   - Highly
   - Analyze current state and future state
   - Work with development to refine requirements and document them through
   user stories


   - Successfully builds and manages relationships between various field
   and corporate contacts to fully meet their business process and change
   management needs. This includes defining policies, methods & procedures and
   best practices.
   - Clearly communicate achievements, roadblocks and risks associated with
   a project.
   - Facilitate meetings between product and IT to capture requirements.
   - Driver of gathering requirements and documenting meetings
   - Be the leader of your Sprint Team in communication of all sprint
   - Raise issues quickly and provide options to solve the core problems


   - 7 or more years of experience in banking/financial services
   - 5 or more years of experience in cash management (payables,
   receivables, liquidity and information reporting)
   - 3 or more year in Platform and Multi-Channel work
   - 3 of more years in doing third party service integration
   - 3 or more years of experience in mobile web, hybrid and apps
   - 3 or more years of experience in defining and building out Customer
   experience capabilities
   - 3 or more years of experience in leading requirements in product
   - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
   - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative
   skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
   - 3 or more years of experience in Agile development but also
   understands waterfall approach
   - Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, HP Quality
   Center, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence strongly preferred.
   - Understand and Drive User Acceptance Testing criteria
   - BS/BA degree

*Preferred Skills related to Reporting:*

   - Understands incoming and outgoing information (Payables and
   - Understand the data that is around all the different types of
   financial account information
   - Grasps the concept of cash position and cash forecasting
   - Has a handle on creating reports and dashboard
   - Can drive Business intelligence and Analytics
   - Has understanding of Billing and analyzed accounts
