Position: Marklogic Architect Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12 Months *Job description: * Job Description The Compliance Risk and Governance Technology team is seeking a Marklogic Architect / Developer / Consultant. The successful candidate will be part of a development team and be responsible for the design, development and implementation of Marklogic code and data within the GRC technology initiatives. *Key Responsibilities: * - Develop XQuery, JavaScript and REST modules on the Marklogic technology stack - Utilize the Marklogic library to support GRC initiatives - Design and development of solutions that integrate Marklogic with existing enterprise platforms and systems. *Required skills: * - XQuery, FLWOR queries, JavaScript, Marklogic cts:search, SPARQL, RDF data, XML Data, triple-stores, XML Processing - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required - At least 5+ years of hands-on application development utilizing the Marklogic framework. - Experience in the development of service oriented architecture application, good understanding of Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns - Strong knowledge of XQuery, JavaScript, SPARQL, FLWOR, RDF Data, triples and XML are essential - Experience with implementing the Marklogic java-client-api within an enterprise application. - Strong analytical and design skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical designs that work well within large-scale, well-structured enterprise environments - Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions - Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Other Desired Skills: Apache Tomcat, RESTful Web Services, Spring, DB2/SQL. - Experience leveraging NoSQL databases and verifying data quality. - Experience with mlcp and transforms for loading data. - Experience with Unix/Shell scripting. -- Regards Mahesh Kumar Resourcing Specialist Desk No: 201-528-5307 Ext: 422 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VB.NET 2003 Group" group.
