This level should typically be used for a mid-level, fully proficient resource. - The resource will be responsible for taking code development direction from a team lead. - The resource should have knowledge of Agile Methodology and project delivery methods. Ability to work with limited guidance on design and development of the Web Solution. - Requirements 5 years of full development life cycle experience from architecture through test and deployment, and cross platform skills. *Essential Skills: * - Java J2EE, Websphere, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Spring, Hibernate Software development expertise to include object oriented design and programming OOD, OOP, user interface front end development HTML, CSS , business object component development, and database programming. - REST Web Service experience Web Security a plus - Experience developing Web based applications based on model view controller MVC design patterns and Java frameworks such as Struts and Spring desired. - Experience with object relational mapping tools such as Hibernate also required. - Assist them in house architect in the Web Services Service Oriented Architecture SOA Enterprise Server Bus ESB space. - The ability to understand software architectures and design from Unified Modeling Language UML diagrams is desired. - Experience with database design and modeling is desired, preferably with Oracle.
