Need H1, GC, USC If H1 Need Passport Number *Position: Devops Engineer* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* Candidate should have hands on experience with *Jenkins 2.0 Pipeline* Should have understanding about setting up new Pipeline jobs (Multibranch Pipeline / GitHub Organization / Pipeline Job) Should have understanding about Jenkinsfile (How it acts as an marker file, Jenkins file syntax etc…) Should have hands On writing Declarative / Scripted pipeline shared libraries. This requires scripting in Groovy. Hands On in *writing scripts Groovy & Shell *(Python is good to have) Ability to build and implement continuous integration (CI) HandsOn with Build Tools like *Maven & NPM*. Understands build tools life cycle. Understands scm trigger and how to set it up with Jenkins Able to explain CI process from their previous experience Code Quality tools and process to enforce code quality in the CI process Branching Strategies and best practices Ability to build and implement continuous deploy (CD) Able to *explain CD process* from their previous experience Experience with CD tools like Jenkins Pipeline (Ansible / uDeploy is Good to have) Zero Downtime deployment strategies like Blue / Green deployments Experience with Middleware’s, webservers, load balancers etc.. Linux Administration & Cloud Experience Preferable to have administration experience on a NIX system Preferable to have tools administration experience (Jenkins / Artifactory / SonarQube). Tools Integration with Jenkins.
