Report on sprint team activities and progress. Mentoring team members that are new to the agile process. Foster a team mentality. CSM Certified and knowledge of scaled Agile practices. More Details: Extensive Agile scrum master experience. Communicates well. Has the ability to command and drive team (this is rather different from the traditional servant leader/facilitator type of scrum master). Put another way, clearly inspires (rather than controls). Proven ability to remove roadblocks. Has experience working with large distributed teams (co-located, across the country and off-shore).
