*Position: Test Automation Lead with Selenium exp*
*Location: Hartford area, CT*

*Long term*
* Rate : $60/hr on C2C*

*Implement partner: Tech Mahindra*

JD:

·         Hands on experience in test automation using Selenium. UFT will
be good to have.

·         Chief designer and architect for test automation

·         Create highly flexible and maintainable automation test suites

·         Challenge the manual testing and always explore automation
opportunities

·         Contribute to and guide other automation engineers through
development, testing, and knowledge transfer of test automation

·         Provide accurate estimates for all automation development. Ensure
target dates are met by the automation team.

·         Skills/background:

·         At least 3 yrs of experience on Selenium and exposure to UFT

·         Must have at least 3 years’ experience leading automation
engineers

·         Must have extensive, demonstrable requirement definition and test
design/architect expertise. Must have designed at least 3 test automation
suites and saw each through full implementation. Must be able produce both
requirement and design artifacts for at least 2 previous projects.
Artifacts must demonstrate creativity in their solution and in use of
technologies that simplified the implementation.

·         Candidate must have had the lead design role in developing these
test suites.

·         Scrum team experience for 3 years’ experience providing Scrum
based leadership of test automation teams

·         Non functional / performance testing would be good to have.
