Need H1, GC, USC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD If H1 Need Passport Copy or Number Note: We Accept H1 Transfer *Position: Pega Developer * *Location: Tampa, FL * *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* - As a PRPC application developer, you will work closely with development team members, technical leads, project managers, QA and UAT teams to ensure that quality code is delivered which meets the business and technical requirements. - The position requires good business analysis and written and oral communication skills, knowledge of object oriented design and Web services, agile development methodology, an understanding of and some exposure to all aspects of the project life cycle, and strong technical development skills. - This position is accountable to Technology management for application design, development, documentation, implementation and post-implementation maintenance *This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:* - Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines - Understanding of architecture and design across all systems - Working proficiency in developmental toolsets - Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals *Proficiency with:* - Pega PRPC (v6.2 and above). Preferred CSA or CSSA - Java, HTML, UNIX, Apache Tomcat, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - Agile methodology (Kanban and/or Scrum) – nice to have *Education and Experience:* - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent work experience. - Understanding of Financial and Banking applications or related business experience is a major plus - Experience with a large financial institution is a major plus *Pega CSSA required. * - JAVA EE, JavaScript and SQL experience is preferred.
