Role: Technical Project Manager Location: Dallas, TX Start date: Immediate Project Length: Long term Visa: H1b, USC or GC Experience Level: 12+ Years *Main Duties &Responsibilities:* - At least 12 plus years of professional work experience as a Technical Project Manager handling large enterprise projects in a project management role - Should be able to handle large projects with a 15-20 members team of Onsite-Offshore technical resources - Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) would be an Advantage, Excellent verbal and written communication skills - *Experience in Design & Implementation of Robotics Process Automation and should have delivered at least 4-5 RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects in the past two-three years.* - Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems - Previous experience with working with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UI Path would be an advantage - Basic knowledge of Robotic Process technologies is mandatory i.e. on UI Path, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere - Previous Development Experience in Java, Net and C# technologies will be an asset - Should have knowledge or working experience with a database like SQL Server, My SQL - Oversee various responsibilities of project initiatives until the project is delivered and deployed successfully - Shape the end-to-end architecture and design, and work with the technical/program head and team to implement the solutions. - Good exposure to Business Process Analysis and automation. - A track record in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplines - The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented, supportable and extensible developments - Build the right relationships across all levels of the client to ensure roadblocks to RPA adoption are addressed.
