·         JD –

o   Hands-on Design / Coding on  enterprise software development before
becoming Performance Engineer

o   Strong foundation on OS Concepts, Threading Model, Deadlock, Anti
Patterns of Perf /Scalability issues,  Garbage Collection Algorithm
/settings

o   Hands-on  - Thread Dump/Memory Analysis /Crash Analysis

o   Takes hands-on responsibility for conducting Performance bottlenecks
analysis for the services and provides solutions/recommendations.

o   Forecasts the capacity demand and provide solutions for scalability

o   Acts as Monitoring Strategy Consultant to recommend optimal monitoring
solution.

o   Review Design Change,  Capacity Change, Deployment Architecture and
raise risks and provide Mitigation

o   Work across Dev Engineering on Code Review, Design Review  etc.

o   Design performance testing Load Model  that will be used by Perf Testers

o   Conduct Perf/ Scalability Analysis from Perf Test results and guide
Perf testers on designing Test runs
