Este es el código que anda mas o menos, en vista por lo menos, no anda la 
"Preview", pero si anda cuando le doy "grabar imagen", se ve la ultima imagen 
capturada. cuando le doy stop preview tambien se ve la ultima, pero cuando 
pongo start preview se ve todo negro. La camara enciende... Agradeceria si me 
pueden ayudar.

Probé varios de los links que recopilé en: http://delicious.com/wpoch/webcam y 
me
funcionaron bien en Windows Server 2008, así que en Vista deberían andar.

  Hola, la cosa es así, tengo que proyectar una imagen en un
  formulario en principio captada por la webcam, en un futuro la señal entrará
  por una placa capturadora de TV, he probado unos cuantos ejemplos que
  utilizan las apis de windows, pero ninguno funciona para windows vista, ya
  que se ve todo en negro cuando compilo. Quisiera saber si alguien me puede
  dar una mano con esto, desde ya muchas gracias.
