It's based on a rather old SVN r28941, with default compiling options, didn't 
disable guest additions, or guest-host communication.
 
somehow some guest additions component seemed to be not working well, and thus 
generated the huge amount of log data.

Which VBox version is that? If trunk, which SVN revision?
Do you use any special config options to compile VBox, especially
did you disable the HGCM service for some reason?
