No, the guest additions periodically query the loaded dlls and
exchange pages if possible. Resuming from a saved state has no impact.

My question, is how does page fusion work when you are resuming from a
saved state? It would seem that page fusion wouldn't work in that
scenario, unless new DLLs are opened after the VM is resumed. Is that
right?
