VBox-SVN: GUI: allow to globally limit the maximum screen resolution for guests
I have a problem with this decision. Usually this limit is useful for poorly done Live CDs. (to force them work at lower than max. res, in VBox windowed view mode) Other guests should enjoy full resolution. So it means this must be logically a per-VM setting, rather than a global one.
