What I mean,if import image failed, vb has saved uuid, then I impot this image again,
importing always failed, except I restart vb, this looks like vb save the uuid in his memory, and when import again, he use the uuid that in his memory.
Is that a bug?

Why do you have two images with the same UUID? If you want to duplicate
an image you can use "VBoxManage clonehd ...", or do the equivalent in
the GUI (File->Virtual Media Manager, then Copy).
