Hi Frank, following the advice of A. Robatino in https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/11036 and removing rhe empty file /usr/src/kernels/3.7.1-2.fc18.x86_64/include/linux/version.h will solve my vbox modules building problem too in Fedora 18!
