Hello Stéphane, I presume you are using Ubuntu 14.04 based on the kernel version you quoted. Could you try executing
sudo sh -x /sbin/vboxconfig 2> /tmp/vboxconfig.log and attaching the log file? (Please auto-correct if something is wrong with those instructions.) Thanks.
