Hello At least I think I've found where the Problem lies. If I disable The Network everything works normal but without Network. For Linux Guests it works if I disable the Network, start the VM close The VM and reenable the Network. For Windows Guests the only way to make it Work is to disconnect the Virtual Network Cable then start the VM enable the Cable after OS start disable the Cable before Shutdown and then shutdown the VM.
