That sound awfully similar to ticket #17784 (https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/17784). Are you the same reporter? If so, there's an answer waiting for you in the ticket. If not, it's the same case, so take a look at the ticket in any event. And may I suggest something? It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the [https://forums.virtualbox.org/ VirtualBox forums]. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements.
