(I'm not sure if they are all needed, but most of them definitely are.)
VBox-7.0.8 has the same issue, although I have not tried to build it, but the
same files are missing there.

Today Oracle released VirtualBox 6.1.44, a maintenance release of VirtualBox
6.1 which improves stability and fixes regressions.
