Darwin-arm64 (aka Apple Silicon MacOS) -- is dog-slow and not production
ready last time I checked.

Virtual Box by design is a x86 virtualization platform. And porting it
fully to ARM architecture is going to be many years of work, and it would
only support ARM-on-ARM o.s, so Debian Linux for ARM (guest)on Windows 11
for ARM (host), on Qualcomm Snapdragon
