Since I don't see what this has to do with virtualbox, this list is
probably not the best place to ask this kind of a question. To answer
your question though, yes, though I have no such thing as a DMZ, everything is 
firewalled
off. You'll need 2 network interfaces, one for the outside world, and
another one for your lan. You might be able to get away with using one
interface, and assigning two ip addresses to it, though I personally
prefer using two network interfaces for something like this. If you're
wanting to setup a virtualbox guest as such a server, then I don't see
why that shouldn't work, as long as your guest has 2 network
interfaces in bridge mode (unless there's a simpler way than that).
